2. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of your order, not acceptance.
A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order prior to dispatch (for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is correct, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Shipping Policy
We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible during our standard office hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
We aim for delivery to take place within 3 working days of order confirmation, subject to stock availability and courier performance.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.
Delivery costs and options are displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery
We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, adverse weather).
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods (“cooling-off period”) without giving a reason.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email or letter) within this period.
You must return goods within 14 days of cancellation. Unless goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
We will refund the cost of the goods (and standard delivery charges, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Exclusions from Cancellation
Your right to cancel does not apply to:
Goods made to your specification or personalised.
Perishable goods (e.g., food).
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty, not as described, or damaged on arrival, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In such cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.
Please contact us promptly if you receive faulty or damaged goods.
9. Returns Procedure
To return goods, please contact us for instructions.
Goods must be returned in their original condition (unless faulty). You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods until we receive them.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
If your order included any free gifts, promotional items, or bundled offers, these must also be returned in the same condition. Failure to return such items may result in the value being deducted from your refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
