At Warhead Industries UK, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

• Orders are processed during our standard office hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• We work hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible — usually within 1 working day of confirmation.

2. Delivery Times

• We aim for delivery to take place within 3 working days of dispatch.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g., courier delays, strikes, or bad weather).

3. Delivery Costs

• Delivery costs and options are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

• If free delivery is offered as part of a promotion, this will be shown clearly on the product page or at checkout.

4. Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver within the UK.

• If you would like delivery outside the UK, please contact us at sales@warheadindustries.uk to discuss options.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you with confirmation and, where available, a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

6. Late or Missing Deliveries

• Most orders arrive on time, but if your delivery is delayed, please allow a little extra time as couriers may occasionally experience issues beyond our control.

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll look into it right away.

7. Risk of Loss or Damage

• Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

• If a package arrives damaged, please let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue.
