Returns & Refunds Policy
At Warhead Industries UK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind or something isn’t right, we’ve made our returns process as simple as possible.
1. Changed Your Mind?
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to let us know if you’d like to return it.
Once you’ve told us, you then have another 14 days to send the items back.
Please note: return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
2. Items That Can’t Be Returned
For health, hygiene, or practical reasons, some items cannot be returned unless faulty. These include:
Personalised or custom-made goods
Perishable goods (e.g., food)
Sealed items that can’t be returned once opened
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.
4. Free Gifts and Bundles
If your order included a free gift, promotional item, or bundle, these will also need to be returned if you send the main order back.
If these are not returned, we may deduct their value from your refund.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds are made to your original payment method.
We’ll also refund the standard delivery cost you paid (if applicable). Please note that any upgraded delivery services (e.g., next-day delivery) are non-refundable.
Refunds are normally completed within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods.
6. How to Return an Item
Contact us at sales@warheadindustries.uk or call 07876 263290 to let us know you’d like to return an item.
We’ll give you the return address and instructions.
Pack the goods securely and send them back to us. Please keep proof of postage until your refund is processed.
